Stainless Steel Patterned Plates for Treads

Patterned plates are often chosen because they are attractive, anti-skid, strong, and save steel.
They are used in transportation, construction, decoration, equipment bases, machinery, and shipbuilding.

When choosing a plate, mechanical strength is usually not the main concern.
Instead, plates are judged by their pattern formation rate, pattern height, and uniformity.

Most plates come in thicknesses of 2.0–8mm, with widths of 1250mm and 1500mm.

Fixing Stair Treads

Proper installation must be ensured for safe stair use.
Wooden boards must be securely fixed and welded.

Steps for Fixing:

  • Welding:
The wooden board must be firmly welded to prevent any movement.

  • Support with Plates:
Anti-skid steel plates should be used under the wooden steps.
Triangular supports must be welded beneath the plates for extra strength.

  • Angle Iron:
If angle iron covers at least 70% of the wooden step, enough stability is given.
For more support, triangular supports should be welded under the angle iron, covering at least 50% of its length.
