Cutting and Stamping

- Best Methods: Plasma or laser cutting is recommended. If gas or arc cutting is used, grind the heat-affected zone and perform heat treatment if necessary.

- Protection: To prevent scratches and contamination, perform construction with stainless steel in a film state. Clean the surface after removing the film. Use special stainless steel tools or clean general steel tools to prevent iron filings from sticking.
- Corrosive Tools: Avoid contact with highly corrosive magnetic and stone cleaning tools. If contact occurs, wash immediately.
- Post-Construction: Use neutral washing to remove foreign matter such as cement and powder ash from the surface.
Additional Considerations
- Surface Maintenance: Chemical bleaching, corrosion inhibitors, and coatings can discolor the material surface and cause defects, making maintenance difficult. Pay special attention to these issues during operation.
