Teda Ganghua Metal offers 201 SS 2B cold rolled stainless steel sheets in stock, featuring a mill finish. Grade 201 is a high-performance austenitic stainless steel designed as a cost-effective alternative to Type 304 by partially substituting manganese for nickel. This adjustment lowers material costs while still delivering strong mechanical properties.

Compared to Type 304, 201 stainless steel offers:

Higher tensile strength (approx. 10% more), allowing the use of thinner gauges for weight reduction
Higher annealed mechanical strength
Lower chromium and nickel content, resulting in reduced corrosion resistance relative to 304
