1. Common Cold Rolling Process for Stainless Steel

The production of cold rolled stainless steel coil typically involves the following stages:

Hot rolled stainless steel coils (usually No.1 finish) are used as raw material. The surface is cleaned and prepared before cold reduction.

2. Pengawetan

The oxide scale formed during hot rolling is removed using acid pickling to ensure a clean surface before cold rolling.

3. Penggulungan Dingin

The material is passed through rolling mills at room temperature to reduce thickness. Proses ini:
