Available Tubing Sizes and Customization

Teda Metal offers standard tubing lengths ranging from 12″ to 20′ (240″) in 1-foot increments, with outer diameters (DARI) from 1″ to 4″. Custom lengths, case quantities, and special spool requirements are available upon request. All tubing is labeled with essential details, including size, mengukur, paduan, ASTM and ASME specifications, and heat number.

Stainless Steel Weld Fittings

Sanitary weld fittings provide a cost-effective solution for creating permanent piping systems, compared to Tri Clamp alternatives. While the initial construction requires more labor, maintenance costs are lower in the long run since gaskets do not need to be regularly replaced.

Custom Cutting and Important Notes

Custom cutting of tubing is available using an orbital cutter, with a tolerance of ±1/4″. Please note that custom-cut tubing is non-returnable and non-refundable.
