Extrusion is a forming process where heated stainless steel billet is forced through a die with a specific shape under high pressure. The material flows plastically and takes the shape of the die, forming a continuous rod with uniform cross-section.

1. Billet Preparation

Stainless steel billets are cut and inspected to ensure uniform composition and internal quality before heating.

2. Heating Process

3. Extrusion Through Die

The heated billet is placed into an extrusion press, where a powerful hydraulic system forces it through a round die to form a 10mm rod shape.

4. Cooling and Straightening

After extrusion, the rod is cooled in a controlled manner and then straightened to ensure dimensional accuracy.
