Manufacturing and Processing

1. Selección de materiales

  • Alta calidad 304, 304l, o 316 acero inoxidable is used for corrosion resistance and long service life.

2. Tube Forming

  • Sin costura (SMLS) o soldado (ACRE) pipes are used depending on wall thickness and application.

  • Round pipes are the most common for drainage, while rectangular or oval profiles may be used in architectural drainage systems.

3. Tratamiento superficial

  • Pickling and passivation remove mill scale and enhance corrosion resistance.

  • Pulido (satin or mirror finish) improves water flow and hygiene.

4. Cutting and End Finishing

  • Pipes are cut to standard or custom lengths.

  • Ends can be plain, flanged, or threaded depending on installation requirements.

5. Inspection

  • Dimensional checks for DE, espesor de pared, and straightness
