What Is 2B Finish on Stainless Steel Sheet?
2B finish is a cold-rolled surface treatment defined by ASTM and EN standards. It is created through a combination of:

How 2B Finish Is Produced

The stainless steel coil is first reduced to the required thickness by cold rolling. This process improves dimensional accuracy and creates a relatively smooth surface.
Cold rolling also increases material hardness, so the sheet must be softened before final use.
2. 가열 냉각
냉간 압연 후, the sheet passes through an annealing furnace. The purpose is to restore ductility and remove internal stress caused by rolling.
The annealing process usually occurs at temperatures above:
