Main Manufacturing Process

1. Base Material Selection

Most quilted stainless steel sheets are produced from:

• 304 / 304L – general decorative use

• 316 / 316L – high corrosion resistance

• 430 – cost-effective indoor decoration

Common base finishes: 2B, BA, or No.4.

2. Surface Cleaning & レベリング

The flat sheet is degreased, leveled, and polished to ensure:

• uniform surface

• no scratches

• stable embossing quality

3. Hydraulic Embossing (Roll Pressing)

あ hydraulic rolling embossing machine presses the sheet between two engraved rollers.
High pressure forms the raised pattern permanently without cutting the metal.

• Depth: 0.3 – 1.2 mm (depending on pattern)

4. Stress Relief & 矯正

After embossing, the sheet may be slightly deformed.
It is flattened using a leveling machine to ensure 寸法精度.

6. Protective Film & 切断

Each sheet is covered with PVC protective film and cut to size by:

• Water jet cutting
