Quilted stainless steel sheets, المعروف أيضا باسم embossed or patterned stainless steel sheets, are decorative metal panels formed with raised geometric textures such as quilt, الماس, جلد, water ripple, and checker patterns.

Main Manufacturing Process

1. Base Material Selection

Most quilted stainless steel sheets are produced from:

• 304 / 304ل – general decorative use

• 316 / 316ل – high corrosion resistance

• 430 – cost-effective indoor decoration

Common base finishes: 2ب, بكالوريوس, or No.4.

2. Surface Cleaning & التسوية

The flat sheet is degreased, leveled, and polished to ensure:

• uniform surface

• no scratches

• stable embossing quality

3. Hydraulic Embossing (Roll Pressing)

أ hydraulic rolling embossing machine presses the sheet between two engraved rollers.
High pressure forms the raised pattern permanently without cutting the metal.

• Depth: 0.3 - 1.2 مم (depending on pattern)

4. Stress Relief & استقامة

After embossing, the sheet may be slightly deformed.
